Alvin Tan is the director of WE Property Management. He has over 10 years of experience in property & strata management. He has previously worked for Asia Properties, ZACD POSH, Knight Frank and Savills, overseeing daily operation matters including organising and conducting AGM. He is well versed in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA). He is a certified Fire Safety Manager.
